bravolimobus.com cannot guarantee a booking or vehicle availability if the customer makes a reservation less than 12 hours in advance or for the same day as the day of their departure. We suggest that customers call or text our number to confirm availability. We cannot be held responsible for the damages that customers could be able to suffer as a result of bravolimobus.com’s inability to perform any transport services by the schedule. In such instances, the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the ticket purchased from us.Additionally, bravolimobus.com will not assume any responsibility for personal items left behind by customers inside or outside the vehicle. If you cannot locate something in a car, please get in touch with our office immediately to help us try to find it. The client takes entire financial liability for any damages caused to the vehicle caused by them or any members of their party, whether deliberately or accidentally, during the duration of their trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted. We invite you to call us via text or call for any cancellations or to send us an email.

However, a cancellation fee will be added to your credit card if the trip cannot be canceled within the allotted period. Customers are expected to inform our customer care representatives of cancellations at least 3 hours before the designated pickup time and at least 6 hours before any pickups from areas around to avoid cancellation fees.

We are not responsible if you fail to show up, cancel, or divert passenger trains or flights. If we do not receive notification of delays or cancellations, and if we cannot contact the contact person registered within 15 minutes from the pickup time, the ride is considered a no-show. Also, ensure that you arrive on time at the chosen pickup spot or notify us of any changes in your bravolimobus.com reservations to avoid a penalty for not showing up, which is equivalent to the total ride cost plus any other charges.

Credit Card Policy

For payments made through credit cards, the customers have to provide the card information ahead of time for pre-approval. This is required to guard against fraud and is not the actual payment for the journey. If you are making a reservation using a debit or credit card, a prepayment in the amount of 150% of the amount quoted on the card to guarantee the estimated total with trip charges, tolls, gratuity, parking, additional stops, and additional fee for off-hours as well as time. LUGGAGE POLICY

The sedans of the bravolimobus.com and luxury sedans can accommodate just four adult passengers with three standard-size luggage. On the other hand, our SUV can fit up to 6 passengers with six standard-size bags. The client accepts this passenger capacity of the vehicles at the time of reservation and must ensure that it doesn’t exceed. If the customer fails to comply with the limit, bravolimobus.com reserves all rights to cancel the trip with no reimbursement.
